Known for its natural swimming pools, el Pozo de las Calcosas is a place in Valverde’s municipality that it’s worth seeing. Is a small natural bay closed by a cliff where you can know the type of ancestral construction of the houses with the root of colmo, vegetal material, which is now obsolete and enjoying the natural swimming pool of Atlantic’s water. Depending on the swell, open sea bathing is allowed.
